Liability regarding contents:

In accordance with Article 7, paragraph 1 of the TMG, as a service provider we are responsible under general law for our own contents on this website. But according to Articles 8 to 10 of the TMG we are not responsible as a service provider to supervise mailed or saved information of third parties or to check if there is any illegal background referring to these contents.

Nevertheless, we still have the right to remove or block any illegal content we become aware of. However, liability in this respect may be assumed only after we are notified about the concrete infringement, which leads to the immediate removal of the content.

Liability regarding links:

Our website contains links to external websites operated by third parties, over whose contents we have no control. For this reason, we cannot take the liability that must be assumed by the operators and providers of those websites. Nevertheless, we did check at the time the link was set up for any illegal content and found no legal infringements.

Some aspects regarding data processing are only possible with your explicit consent,  which can be withdrawn anytime just by sending an informal message via E-mail. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by this latter.

Right of appeal to the competent supervision authority

As a data subject, you have the right to appeal to the competent supervision authority in the event of a data protection infringement. Right to access, rectification, blocking and erasure

At any time and according to prevailing legislation, you have the right to freely access to your stored personal data, to the source, recipients and use, as well as to correct, block or erase this data if necessary. SSL/TLS Encryption

For safety reasons and  to make sure the confidential data sent to us is protected, our website uses the SSL/TLS encryption. This way we avoid that third parties read your data. You can recognize an encrypted connection by looking for the padlock symbol in the status bar on your browser and the URL beginning with “https://“.

Contact form

The data conveyed by you by form of contact will be stored in order to process your request or to follow-up questions without transferring it to a third party. Data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Processing of all data given on our contact forms will be exclusively carried out with your permission (Art. 6[1] [a] of the General Data Protection Regulation [DSGVO by its German acronym]). However, this consent can be withdrawn anytime just by sending an informal message via E-mail. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by this latter.

Data sent to us by contact forms will be stored until you request its erasure, to cancel your consent or until there is no more need to keep storing it. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular storage deadlines – will not be affected.
